Civcon Group engaged our Electrical Engineers to provide electrical reticulation, street lighting and an NBN Pit and Pipe Network to a 4 Lot residential subdivision at Alcock Road, Caboolture.

The proposed subdivision was located alongside a Category P4 road.  Therefore, the internal streets were determined to be Category P4 of the AS/NZS 1158.3.1 2005.  A luminance design was required to determine the spacing and quantity of streetlights. Perfect Lite software was used by our Electrical Engineers for the illuminance simulations and luminance spacing tables. All proposed streetlight columns were supplied by underground reticulation and connected under a rate 2 tariff.

NBN Fibre Ready Pit and Pipe was provided to all proposed allotments.
