Overview:

Mark Bain Constructions engaged our Electrical Engineers to provide electrical reticulation, street lighting and NBN Pit and Pipe Network to an 8 Lot residential subdivision at 60 Glenridge Road, Cooroibah.

Our Electrical Engineers were required to determine the lighting category for the proposed Cul-de-Sac at River Lily Court and T-Intersection from Glenridge Drive. It was proposed flag lights according to Schedule 6 of Noosa Council Planning Scheme Policies. All proposed streetlight columns were supplied by underground reticulation and connected under a Rate 2 tariff.

NBN Fibre Ready Pit and Pipe was installed to all proposed allotments as per Council requirements.

Key Constraints:

The proposed underground reticulation along the frontage of Glenridge Drive required  vegetation management and rock excavation which our Electrical Engineers liaised with developer’s engineering consultants and accredited Energex contractors to deliver a compliant and cost-effective outcome.
