Overview

Our client, Ritchie Property, engaged Auspower Connect to provide underground electrical reticulation and street lighting to a 19-lot residential subdivision located in Palmwoods, Queensland. Our electrical engineers provided a design that allowed for 3-phase connection to each allotment and provisioning for future neighbouring developments.

Minor road street lighting was designed to physically match surrounding lighting schemes while providing the benefits of recently approved LED luminaires. The utilisation of LED luminaires allowed our electrical engineers to provide an Australian and Council compliant lighting scheme that was more efficient and require less maintenance than standard fluorescent or high-pressure sodium luminaires.

Our NBN Pit and Pipe design also allowed for provisioning of future fibre internet reticulation.
