Mark Bain Constructions engaged Auspower Connect to provide electrical reticulation and street light design services for a 20-lot residential development located in Valdora on the Sunshine Coast.

Our electrical engineers produced a design that allowed for a new 315kVA pad mount transformer that would provide power for the proposed development and the existing houses along Golden Valley Place. Standard 240mm² aluminium underground conductor was installed throughout the development with an allowance for 3 phase connection to each allotment. 

The lighting was designed to keep light levels low while ensuring the development was safe for both pedestrians and vehicles.
