The builder, Walter Iezzi Property Group, was required to drill concrete reinforced piers, 14m deep, along the frontage of the building site at Maroochydore. The work was considered low risk due to the proximity of 11kV overhead powerlines. Energex instructed the builder to engage an Energex accredited Authorised Person to ensure compliance with Queensland Electrical Safety Regulations 2013.

Our Authorised Person performed a site-specific risk assessment with the personnel conducting the work to ensure the protection of workers, public, plant and equipment. 

Our Authorised Person monitored the works for compliance.
