Overview:

Auspower Connect successfully completed a street lighting design and installation project at the new roundabout intersection of Beckmans Road and Cooroy-Noosa Road, Noosaville. This project was part of the Stage 1 Tewantin Bypass upgrade, commissioned by the Noosa Shire Council. The lighting system adhered to the latest Australian and New Zealand standards for road lighting, enhancing safety and visibility for motorists and pedestrians.

Key Features:

1. Philips and Sylvania LED luminaires for energy efficiency and reliable performance.
2. Strategically placed high mast lighting at the roundabout intersection for improved visibility and safety.
3. Customized slip-based columns for mounting the luminaires, offering flexibility and durability.

Project Outcomes:

Beckmans Road:

• Efficient installation of single-phase and three-phase circuits with the integration of Philips RoadFlair L90 4000K Aeroscreen luminaires.
• Utilization of outreach brackets to ensure optimal positioning of the lighting fixtures.

Cooroy-Noosa Road:

• Seamless replacement and recovery of existing luminaires with the installation of new Philips RoadFlair L90 4000K Aeroscreen luminaires and high mast luminaires.
• Improved lighting for areas with high foot traffic, such as bus stops and footpaths.
