TI0009 – CONTESTABLE WORKS CONTRACT EXECUTION AND PAYMENTS ENERGEX & ERGON REQUIREMENTS

Our electrical engineers produce electrical engineering documentation for Residential Subdivisions and Public Lighting schemes.  Our electrical engineers manage council operational works applications and submissions for Electricity Supply Agreements.

ENERGEX and ERGON provide offers which include instructions and request for payment that must be actioned by the developer/applicant.

Our electrical engineers liaise with developers/applicants to collate the executed contracts along with the supporting payment confirmations and compile a package for ENERGEX and ERGON respectively.

It is important to note that any refunds associated projects, in particular bonds/guarantees, will be made to the name or name/s listed as the developer on the contract, regardless of who made the payment.
